Result management of private cultivated lands based on Act 375
In accordance with the Cultivated Lands Act 375 of Reduced Rental to check up
essentials to supervise every area office to handle a lease event, to appraise and
decide to continue to subscribe to a lease or by a lessor to self-plow, to subscribe
to the 375 lease check schedule, to guide land administration office and each area
office to handle records of cultivated lands according to 375 lease.

The business process of cultivated lands tenancy committee

national cultivated land」,「Regulations of obtaining public hillside」the public
cultivated land is still used for rental.

The land is within the limitation of the coast.

To check the rental data and the land can't be obtained.

Check the public land to get by the people early years
The public land would be processed by Taiwan Province from year 40 R.O.C.
to year 65 R.O.C., according to the rule to obtain the land ownership should
pay the land price before year 75 R.O.C. Owing to some people having finished
the procedure so still check the public land to be obtained in earlier years.
