Promulgation of Land Value
Promulgation every three years,
as a basis to calculate Land Price Tax and rental
of Public Land.
The principals of declared
Land Value:
In
accordance with 80﹪of Promulgation Land Value if land
owner couldn't
declared Land Value within the period of announcement.
In
accordance with 120﹪of Promulgation Land Value if land
owner's declared
Land Value over 120﹪of Promulgation Land Value.
If
the land owner's declared Land Value is beneath 80﹪of
Promulgation Land
Value then Government can buy it or act In accordance
with 80﹪of Promulgation
Land Value.
Management of the real estate appraiser
The real estate appraiser
receives client to ask the entrusting to treat land
or building
or crop price evaluation.
(1) Pass the exam, then establish office work and the
certificate required to practice
executed business.
(2) Participate in the guild.
Annotation:
If there is a Real
Estate Appraiser Act 4 status, it must not make take
charge of the
real estate appraiser.
Land price appraised by the
court
It is asked to appraise
and to auction of the land by the court.
